This dry-sump engine, hand-built in Cologne, features a lower center of gravity for improved handling. A six-speed manual transmission or an automated "Sportshift" transmission was available.
The V8 Vantage reaches 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 282 km/h. Meticulous design by Henrik Fisker, customization options and a luxurious leather interior made it a success for the brand, with over 15,000 examples produced before production ended in 2017. The 2009 model benefits from various improvements, reinforcing its reputation among the elite sports cars of the time.
