Our Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition was delivered new to Aston Martin dealerships in France and put on the road on April 23, 2022. It remains in the hands of a single owner to this day.
This model stands out for its factory-fresh appearance, in keeping with its very low mileage of 4,500 kilometers. In Jet Black, combined with aluminum wheels, numerous carbon elements and a black leather and alcantara interior, this Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition is aesthetically irreproachable.
Mechanically, it's simply perfect. Its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 developing 535 hp and 685 Nm, combined with the 8-speed automatic gearbox, deliver impressive sensations. Maintenance is carried out at Aston Martin dealerships. A full service history is available. The car was last serviced in May 2023 at a distance of 2,500 kilometers. It should be noted that this model is under manufacturer's warranty until 2025 and has a PPF film.
Here are the options available on this model, in addition to the many standard features:
In the early 2000s, Aston Martin, spurred on by the success of its DB7, decided to broaden its customer base and its model list at the same time. The project for a two-seater coupe with a V8 engine was launched, intended as a competitor to the 911. A concept car, the AMV8 Vantage, was presented at the 2003 Detroit Motor Show. The final model appeared 2 years later at the Geneva Motor Show, without any aesthetic modifications. At 4.38 meters long, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage is shorter than its predecessor. It was based on an all-new platform and powered by a 4.3-liter V8 developing 380 hp.
The model was an immediate success. By 2008, Aston had produced its 10,000th V8 Vantage. The basic version is accompanied by a Roadster version, and a slightly more powerful N400 limited series. It would later give birth to the famous V12 Vantage, until reappearing in 2018 under the same name. The V8 Vantage has been completely redesigned, from its much more aggressive aesthetics to the engine that now delivers over 500 hp. The designers drew inspiration from the design of the Vulcan and the DB10 that appeared in James Bond films.
In 2021, Aston Martin celebrates its return to the Formula 1 World Championship as an official Safety Car after a 60-year absence, and for the occasion unveils a road-legal version: the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition. The formula is simple. The Aston Martin V8 Vantage gains 35 horsepower and a host of aerodynamic accessories. Spoilers on the front bumper, a blade on the sidewall, a rear diffuser and a huge spoiler complete the look to reproduce the Safety Car livery. Numerous carbon elements have also been added, including an all-carbon roof. Carbon ceramic brakes complete the configuration, while the F1 logo takes its place on the central control unit. It became the most powerful version of the Vantage in the catalog, produced in just 499 examples.
