Launched in 2009, the SLS AMG is a genuine supercar produced by the German brand. Paying homage to the 300 SL Gullwing, it features not only the SL name, but also the elytra-shaped doors democratized by the latter. In 2011, a roadster version is unveiled to complete the range. The latter abandons the Elytra doors in favor of a soft-top with electric closure. An aluminum chassis and reinforcements at various levels ensure torsional rigidity, without compromising power or driving experience.
Launched in France on October 12, 2011, this Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster has passed through the hands of 4 owners to date. It was purchased by its second owner on July 30, 2013, then sold in 2019. Its last owner acquired it in January 2021. The care taken by these 4 owners to preserve this model is remarkable. Adorned in gray, the bodywork is in excellent, near-new condition. There are no signs of damage or impact from use. The paintwork is brilliant and deep. The black soft top is as good as new, and the electric opening and closing system functions normally. Well housed in the long hood of this SLS AMG Roadster, the AMG 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8, developing 571 hp, is in excellent working order. Start-ups are quick and easy. There's no noise to speak of during operation, and the V8's power is delivered normally. Coupled with a SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, offering fast, precise shifts, this naturally-aspirated V8 offers excellent sportiness. This model has only 35,500 kilometers on the clock.
Maintained directly by Mercedes-Benz, this SLS AMG Roadster has a full service history and numerous invoices. It was last serviced on March 30, 2023, at 34,583 kilometers. It has new tires and brakes in very good condition. There are no additional costs at the time of purchase.

The Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster is a roofless variant of the SLS AMG, a supercar introduced by Mercedes-Benz in 2009. It belongs to the AMG range, the German brand's high-performance division.
The genesis of the SLS AMG is rooted in the collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and McLaren that resulted in the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. After this collaboration came to an end, Mercedes-Benz wanted to create a spiritual successor to the 300 SL Gullwing of the 1950s, while honoring the heritage of the "SL" name. And so the SLS AMG, with its distinctive "gullwing" doors, was born.
The Roadster version, launched in 2011, completed the range. Unlike the Coupé, it doesn't feature "gull-wing" doors, but a traditional soft top that opens and closes electrically in seconds.
In technical terms, the SLS AMG Roadster is powered by a 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine developing 571 hp (420 kW) and 650 Nm of torque. Combined with a SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, this engine propels the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 317 km/h. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels, with a double wishbone suspension system for optimum driving dynamics.
The SLS AMG Roadster benefited from a lightweight yet rigid aluminum chassis, which compensated for the absence of a fixed roof. To ensure maximum torsional rigidity, the structure was reinforced at the door sills, center tunnel and windshield pillars.
The exterior design, although similar to that of the coupé, has undergone a few modifications to accommodate the soft top. The roll bars behind the seats and the soft-top mechanism have been elegantly integrated, preserving the car's flowing lines.
The interior of the SLS AMG Roadster evokes luxury and performance. Premium materials such as leather, aluminum and carbon fiber adorn the cabin, with a driver-centric layout for optimum ergonomics.
Production of the SLS AMG, including the Roadster variant, ended in2015 , making way for the Mercedes-AMG GT, its direct successor. During its production period, the SLS AMG Roadster was appreciated for its combination of performance, technology and elegance, consolidating Mercedes-Benz's position as a benchmark brand in the supercar segment.
