Singularity of the car

- Copy in excellent condition

- Model with naturally-aspirated Flat 6

- Spyder Classic Pack

- Numerous options and equipment

Unveiled in 2019, the new 718 Spyder outperforms its predecessors, and boasts a 420hp Flat 6, a 45hp boost for the ultimate pleasure car. Lost when the 718 prefix was adopted for the Porsche Boxster, the more muscular naturally-aspirated Flat 6 makes its comeback for the pleasure of purists.

The example on offer today comes from Germany. Owned by a German dealership after production in 2019, this 718 Spyder was imported into France in November 2019. It therefore has a French registration document and a malus already paid. Since its importation into France, this model has had just one owner, who has covered 19,500 km on board.

This 718 Spyder has been meticulously maintained in accordance with the Porsche calendar, and is presented in perfect cosmetic condition, just as it left the dealership. The bodywork, in a GT Silver Metallic finish, shows no damage whatsoever to the front bumper, doors or rear. The gray wheels are also in perfect condition. As for the interior, this model comes with the Spyder Classic package. Featuring a two-tone burgundy-red and black alcantara interior, the configuration offers a sporty yet chic ambience. The seats are in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear, and the steering wheel, dashboard and door interiors, all in leather, are also in excellent condition. The burgundy-red soft top is in keeping with the tones of the Spyder Classic package.

On the mechanical side, the 420hp naturally-aspirated Flat 6 engine gets off to a flying start. It distills sublime vocals up to 9,000 rpm and revives the Boxster Spyder tradition. It's noiseless in operation, and the 6-speed mechanical gearbox offers precise operation.

Maintained exclusively in a Porsche Centre, it was last serviced on December 6, 2021 at the Avignon Porsche Centre for its 5,227 km. It has new rear tires and requires no action for its use after its purchase. A Porsche Centre service will be carried out for the sale.

This exemplary model comes with a host of options, to the tune of €14,500, and equipment, including but not limited to the following:

Historical summary of the model

The Porsche dynasty is littered with iconic models that have left their mark on automotive history. At the heart of this dynasty, the Porsche 718 Spyder occupies a special place. The origins of the 718 date back to the 1950s. Initially conceived as an evolution of the legendary Porsche 550, the 718 was introduced in 1957. The name "718" was more than just a series of numbers; it embodied a new era for Porsche in motor racing.

Under the hood of the original 718 was a four-cylinder boxer engine, a configuration that would become emblematic of the brand. This engine was chosen not only for its performance, but also for the balanced weight distribution it offered, contributing to the vehicle's agility. Over the years, successive technological evolutions have enhanced the 718's performance, enabling it to compete at ever higher levels.

When it came to competition, the 718 wasn't just a participant: it was a conqueror. From Sebring to the Targa Florio, via the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 718 left its mark. Its victories were not confined to its own category; it regularly outperformed competitors with superior power, attesting to its superior design.
