Our Porsche 911 Type 991 Carrera S Cabriolet was delivered new in Germany in 2012. Its current owner acquired it in 2021 after importing it to France.
This example is in near-new condition, with just 48,700 kilometers on the clock. In Indian Red, with a black soft top, black wheels and black extended leather interior, our 991 Carrera S Cabriolet is flawless. The entire front end is protected by PPF film.
Mechanically, the performance of our example is in keeping with its looks and mileage. The 400hp 3.8L flat-6 engine, combined with the 7-speed PDK gearbox, is as expressive as ever. The Chrono Sport Plus package and sports exhaust give our car an extra sporty character. We have a history of invoices and the original owner's logbook from its arrival in France. The car was last serviced in April 2023. The tires on our car are new.

On the eve of the 50th anniversary of the Porsche 911, the German brand is presenting its new generation, the 991, at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. As with previous generations, new models include the S, Cabriolet, Turbo and Targa versions.
The 991 is based on an all-new platform, which is 100 mm wider and 70 mm longer. The use of aluminum and composite materials reduces the weight of the 991 Carrera S Cabriolet to around 1,480 kilos. These changes are accompanied by an evolution of the flat 6, now developing 400 hp and 440 Nm of torque which, combined with the PDK automatic gearbox, takes the 991 from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. This will also be the last naturally-aspirated engine, as Porsche abandons this solution in favor of the turbo.
With the top down, the Flat 6 and PDK gearbox justify the purchase of this 991 Carrera S Cabriolet. Shifts are flawless, with the flat 6 roaring with every acceleration. The feedback from gear changes never tires. Thanks to the PDK gearbox, fuel consumption falls by almost 14%.
In terms of design, the 991 benefits from a new light signature at the rear and a more harmonious design thanks to a longer wheelbase and wider track. The soft top follows the shape of the roof of the closed version without roll bar, thanks to the use of rigid elements.
