The Porsche Panamera Turbo, launched in 2009 at the Shanghai Motor Show, is a front-engined luxury car offering four doors and generous space for four passengers. This sedan distinguishes itself from classic Porsche models, such as the 911, by adopting a more spacious, comfort-oriented design, while retaining a sporty touch.
Equipped with a 4.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the Panamera Turbo develops 500 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque, enabling it to reach a top speed of 303 km/h. Transmission is provided by a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox, offering smooth, rapid acceleration. A multi-stage adjustable rear spoiler contributes to the car's active aerodynamics.
Early versions of the Panamera included the V8 Panamera S, 4S, and Turbo models, quickly followed in 2010 by V6 versions, including a hybrid variant. The Panamera Turbo features advanced technologies such as adaptive air suspension and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control, ensuring optimized handling.
